What Noghost does
Noghost helps two people coordinate a local meetup or handoff with a protected link or PIN, verified first names, status updates, ETA, last update time, and an outcome confirmation. It is a coordination aid, not an emergency service, insurance product, escrow service, or guarantee that a meetup will happen.
Accounts and verification
You may need to verify a phone number to create or join a room. Phone verification helps reduce spam and show participants that a first name is associated with a verified phone session. Noghost does not show your phone number to the other participant.
Meetup rooms and location confidence
Users choose what public location hint, exact address, and meeting notes to enter. Noghost hides exact details until verification and does not publish exact live GPS, a live map marker, exact distance, public reputation scores, or phone numbers to the other participant.
Payments and pass packs
The launch model is 3 free verified meetups per month. Additional verified meetups may be available through pass packs, currently planned as $1.99 for 5 passes. Payment processing uses Stripe Checkout and webhooks.
Acceptable use
Do not use Noghost to harass, threaten, impersonate others, coordinate illegal activity, or submit misleading meetup details. We may limit or suspend access when needed to protect the service or other users.
