For MVP launch, contact is email-first. Replace the placeholder addresses with final business inboxes before production.

Primary support path

Email support@noghost.app for account access, phone verification, transactional messaging, pass packs, payments, billing questions, meetup room issues, or safety-related account support.

What to include

  • The phone number or email you use to sign in, if you are comfortable sharing it in email.
  • The room PIN or approximate meetup time if the issue is about a specific room.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected to happen.
  • For billing, include the Stripe receipt or purchase time if available. Do not send full card numbers.

Common support topics

  • Trouble receiving a phone verification code or transactional message
  • Questions about pass packs, failed payments, refunds, or Stripe receipts
  • Help with a PIN room, status update, ETA, or meetup outcome
  • Requests about account data, privacy, or legal notices
