Information Noghost uses
Noghost may use the information needed to run a meetup room: verified first name, phone verification status, room PIN, meetup title, public location hint, exact address, meeting note, status, ETA, last update time, and outcome confirmation. We may also keep basic account, device, log, and support records needed to operate and protect the service.
Phone verification and messaging
Phone numbers are used for sign-in, verification, fraud prevention, and transactional service messages such as one-time codes or important account notices. Your phone number is not shown to another meetup participant.
Location and meetup details
Noghost is designed around address context and confidence, not exact live GPS sharing. The other participant may see the meetup address and note you provide, status, ETA, last update time, and location confidence language. Noghost does not show a live map marker, exact distance, exact live GPS, phone number, or public reputation score.
Payments
Pass pack checkout is handled by Stripe. Noghost should receive payment status and entitlement events, not full card numbers. Purchase records may be used to provide passes, answer billing questions, prevent fraud, and meet accounting obligations.
How information is shared
Meetup room details are shared with the participants in that room. Service providers may process information for hosting, authentication, realtime updates, messaging, payments, analytics, debugging, and support. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the public, or the service.

Contact support@noghost.app to ask for account help, billing help, or data-related support. Legal or privacy notices can be sent to legal@noghost.app. Some records may need to be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute, accounting, or legal reasons.
